Sideshow Indiana Jones Temple of Doom premium format

Sideshow’s Temple of Doom Indiana Jones is the third incarnation of the character in PF, which marks, in short order, (relatively speaking, let’s not go wild here) just about all of the requisite variations. (I would say Professor Jones and Young Indy are ripe omissions under ordinary circumstances, though it’s difficult to say what viability they hold as $300~ premium formats)

Dr. Jones has previously been premium formatted in Raiders of the Lost Ark and ‘old fart’ Kingdom of the Crystal Skull versions, which coincidentally, despite the film’s disdained status, has managed to move all 800 of its combined editions. Take that, Shia!

The exclusive Temple of Doom Indy features a chilled monkey brains ‘accessory’ for $309.99. The regular runs $10 less.

Indiana Jones 4 Gold Coin

You might be thinking, “Is it actually gold?”

Well, I’m giving one away– that might answer your question. No, it’s actually not as nice as the pictures might lead you to think. It’s not very heavy, and actually reminds me of the ol’ arcade tokens (but even some of those were actually metal). For a freebie, I’m certainly not going to complain, and neither should you.

This coin is very shiny, and does have some nice design, particular on the back. Fedora, whip, snakes, says it all, really. And it’s a promo for the first Indiana Jones movie in I think, 40 years, so the awesome bar is automatically raised that much higher.
