Cool. I don't plan to wear in mind you, but I think it will look nice in a display case with other Hobbit items.

I have a shawl, made by the same company, but with a silver thread through it. It's beautiful.

Mine is displayed alongside the NC elven broach and soon to be the MacQueen wizard pipe.

It is the closest I can come to a real fellowship cloak.

My Hobbits "bought" one for my wife for as a Yuletide gift. Our way of including her in all this geekness, though she does not want to wear it for fear of it getting ruined.

Going for a similar set-up. I think it would display quite nicely with a Sting, scabbard, pipe, Red Book, One Ring, broach, etc.

Will definitely plan to pick one up when they're restocked.

I've seen the in the Stansborough shop last year when we visited NZ. They look and feel pretty nice. Never thought of using one in a collectible display though.

I also bought one at the Con (the last one

). It's really nice to the touch. I wear mine though. Have had many comments on it's unusual weave.

I've had some similar minor thoughts, as part of my Red Book, one ring, fellowship elven brooch, etc, etc. Just that at the moment I can't really picture how it would all fit or work together given how and where I have things displayed.

So for now I'm giving it a miss, besides, I'm allergic to wool, so wearing it may not be an option. Along with the fact it really doesn't get that cold here

You probably have seen this pic before but I have the scarf in the upper corner with the elven brooch on it. I bought it from the WB shop when it was on sale. It's nice, wish it was a little bigger and seems a little lighter than in color than in the movie. Over all it work with all the other pieces.
