That looks cool. I know nothing about it, but would love to see it.

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
I admit to zero knowledge about this as well, wasn't it an anime-type show on Nikelodeon?

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
That's Avatar: The Last Airbender which has nothing to do with this, though it is being made into a film by M. Night.

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
Watched T2 again last night on Sciifi - pumped me so hard for this. I really hope its Camerons return to form, T2 was his last great film to me
I really hope Avatar shows us why he's been away so long

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
Pretty much all of his films are great to me, in varying degrees. I don't think he's had a miss yet, though he's not incredibly prolific with his output, to say the least.
Summer 09's kind of been a dud. Dec. 18

His basic description of that battle sounds exactly like the end of Phantom Menace, but of course it's all in the execution |

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
A little birdie informed me that some 20minutes finished footage were shown to press or some media groups and the response was overwhelmingly positive.
Also, the little birdie was my brother. |

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
I read that those same 20 minutes will be previewed at ComicCon as well. I expect a FULL report from attendees!

Weta's got two potential aces in the hole with Avatar and The Hobbit in the pipeline. Exciting times

Re: James Cameron's Avatar
I love how 'Avatar:The Last Airbender' had to change its name to just 'The Last Airbender' for the sake of Cameron's film. Cameron gets the name he wants, when he wants it dammit.
